Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 + benefits
This role will provide dedicated administrative support to the compliance team and will require communication with a range of other teams and stakeholders.
· Data administration- recording and tracking data, working accurately to deadlines
· Quality assurance to ensure compliance at all times
· Producing reports/documents and proof reading for a variety of requirements
· Handling customer enquiries via phone, email, Skype presentation and Jira work tickets
· Ad-hoc office administration support, which can vary depending on daily demands
· Advising and demonstrating basic systems’ use to staff across the organisation
· System set-up and administration for staff and customers
What are we looking for?
· Excellent IT skills with the ability to pick up new systems and processes with ease
· Data administration experience
· Excellent attention to detail, prioritisation and organisation skills
· A flexible approach and the ability to engage well with customers
· Willingness to engage users on best practice use for our core Jira/Confluence platforms
The post holder must have knowledge / experience of:
· Experience within a Compliance Administration role would be desired but is by no means essential
· Working in a fast-paced environment
· Creative Problem Solving
· Ability to prioritise and execute tasks
· Working as part of a team or on own initiative as a task demands
· Understanding or experience of either systems administration or the application of role-based access
· Presentations and/or staff training experience

· Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills, excellent telephone manner
· Good working knowledge of MS Office Applications (i.e. Outlook, Word and Excel)

· Able to evaluate situations and requests and respond in line with company policies
