Salary: £24,000 pro rata
Excellent opportunity to work within a world renowned brand in their HR Shared Service team.
Two teams have recently been merged (HR Advisory & Sickness Absence) and there is a requirement to cross train employee's from both teams. Because of the merger there is a large amount of work coming through so extra resource is required to assist with this workload.
YOUR ROLE will be to work on a number of conduct, performance and sickness / absence cases.
To be successful in the role the only experience we are really looking for is for someone to be able to "hit the ground running" re managing conduct, performance and sickness absence cases with the business and its employees.
Someone that has worked with focus on conduct, performance and sickness / absence OR someone with HR Generalist & case management experience around conduct, performance and sickness / absence would be a perfect fit for this role.
End to end case management includes investigating, providing advice / guidance, arrange any meetings, send letters, conclude to satisfaction.
A CIPD studier would be considered, this is NOT essential to the role.

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday – 8.30am to 5.00pm / 9.00am to 5.30pm on a rota basis
