Our client is a market-leading provider of software solutions for contact centres, with clients throughout Europe, the Middle East, Asia and North America.
Essential Requirements
· At least 5 years’ commercial testing experience within a software environment
· Proficient in SQL database queries
· Confident negotiator
Key responsibilities
These include functional and regression testing and the planning, writing and maintaining of test scripts.
On top of that, you’ll also be great at seeing things from the user’s point of view. You’ll confidently make usability suggestions, helping to shape our products and make them the best they can be.
In addition, you’ll ideally have a software testing accreditation, such as ISTQB (International Software Testing Qualifications Board)
You’ll work to ensure that our clients’ products are released to the global market to the highest standard.
You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment that uses an Agile development methodology. You’ll need excellent communication skills, both oral and written, as you’ll work closely with testers, with developers, with the support team, and with the Technical Author on the production of accurate user documentation.
Attention to detail is key, of course.
