Salary: £30,000 to £35,000 + benefits
An exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing software company and improve on the customer experience for our Population Health Solution. This solution provides critical reports and information using business intelligence to identify cohorts of patients and to map trends on diagnosis and conditions.
You will be an experienced Customer Service Manager to provide excellent customer service and to promote the continually use of the Population Health Solution to our clients current and new customers.
The goal is to improve on the current procedure in and place and increase customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention and to meet their expectations.
Requirements:
· Proven working experience as a Customer Service Manager
· Experience in providing customer service support
· Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques
· Proficiency in English
· Ability to think strategically and to lead
· Strong client-facing and communication skills
· Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
· Customer service orientation
Main Responsibilities:
· Working for the Operations Manager to improve the customer service experience for all users, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth of the use of the Population Health Solution
· Taking ownership of customers issues and following problems through to resolution
· Provide administrative, real time support to users across all deployments to help engagement and usage
· Setting a clear mission and deploying strategies focused towards that mission
Responsibilities:
· Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers, and facilitate growth of use Population Health System
· Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
· Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused towards that mission
· Constantly review and update service procedures, policies, and standards
· Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
· Analyse statistics and compile accurate reports
· Recruit, mentor and develop customer service agents and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment
· Control resources and utilise assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets
· Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities
