Salary: £20,620 pro rata
Working for my established and successful client you will ensure the provision of timely, accurate and appropriate financial, administrative information, relating to activities within the assigned region. This will include liaison with operational management to ensure timely and accurate revenue, cost and statistic capture for the assigned area of responsibility.
Key requirements:
· Financial background preferred
· Intermediate (or higher) Microsoft office experience (esp. Excel)
· Financial background and/or industry experience preferred
· Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
· High level of numeracy
· Ability effectively manage own time and to prioritise
· High attention to detail
Key responsibilities:
Revenue
a. Accurate weekly calculation of revenue figures, Production of timely error free customer sales invoices
Cost Capture
a. Accurately capture of all PO data in a timely manner
b. Processing and capture of cost data for the following processes
c. Barclaycard
d. Petty Cash
Quicks
a. Production of reliable “Quicks” on a weekly basis within the agreed accuracy tolerance levels and resolution of any month end variances (QVA)
Query resolution
a. Assist with any query resolution that comes from the centre with regards to both cost and revenue
Accounts
a. Complete accurate journals and accruals within the correct time frame.
Job Title: Finance Administrator
Location: Northampton – potential to work from home up to 3 days a week
Salary: £20,620 pro rata
Job Type: 6 month fixed term contract – potential for extension
Hours of Work: Monday – Tuesday 7:00-17:30, Wednesday 8:00-16.00, Thursday – Friday 8:00-14:30 or 10:00-16:30
