Salary: up to £28,000 DOE – see below ***



A rare opportunity to join this very successful company in their sales support team if you are passionate about customer service and sales with opportunity to transition into a team leader position depending on your success.

 

Working as part of a dedicated and passionate team to input sales order entries within organisational SLAs. Consistently monitor process and department efficiencies to improve the service delivery and customer experience. Resolve customers’ email and phone queries and provide back up to the general office administration, working on small projects or where overflow of administration work as required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Sales Support Coordination

 

·         Accurate input of sales order entry onto Salesforce and JDE systems

·         Partner our field-based Area Account Mangers to efficiently resolve customer enquiries and order processing

·         Proactively investigate and resolve customer enquiries, sharing learnings with the team and wider business to promote continuous improvement of processes and practices

·         Provide a high quality, premium customer service experience to customers by communicating effectively and efficiently at all times, this includes telephone, email, web chat, social channels

·         Collaborate with global teams, supporting and escalating queries to the Global Support Centre. Utilises internal networks and leverage global resources to influence change and improve the customer experience

·         Actively participate and engage in Global Sales Support training and development opportunities to drive continuous performance improvement across the team and wider business

 

General Administration

 

·         Provide general and ad-hoc administrative support cross-functionally to other office functions

·         Act as a first point of contact for all incoming calls and professionally divert customers to the appropriate internal department

 

Brand Ambassador

 

·         Acts as a brand ambassador in all interactions with customers ensuring relationships are built on mutual trust

·         Develops effective relationships that add value to internal and external customers

·         Presents solutions-focussed customer-oriented approach to resolving issues

·         Drives adherence to efficient and effective processes and practices delivering accurate, consistent, value-added delivery and timeliness to meet customers’ needs. Takes a proactive approach and continuously improves to resolve gaps

·         Achieves balanced business outcomes that aims to deliver high quality customer service results

 

*** The salary banding for the role will fall between £23,000 and £26,000, there may be flexibility at the top end for someone who is able to demonstrate a future team leader skill set.
