Hourly Rate: £10.00 to £11.00 per hour PLUS holiday pay
Work as part of a team to input sales order entry and organise home delivery schedules within company SLAs. Consistently monitor process and department efficiencies to improve logistic optimisation and customer experience. Resolve customers’ email and phone queries and providing back up to the general office administration, working on small projects or where overflow of administration work as required.
You MUST have
· A good telephone manner
· Telephone based Customer Service experience
· Good accuracy with data input
· Good attention to detail
· Competence with MS Office software
The main focus will be inputting orders into the JDE and Salesforce systems and dealing with both email and phone enquiries. General call handling will be expected too.
