Hourly Rate: £10.30 per hour

Looking for an experience customer service / logistics administrator to provide best in class administrative services to the relevant Contracts. Assisting the Contract Manager in identifying and implementing process improvements and efficiencies.

 

Your skills and experience

 

·         Capability in both written and oral communication

·         High level of numeracy

·         Ability to effectively manage your own time and to prioritise

·         High attention to detail

·         Intermediate (or higher) Microsoft Excel experience

·         Microsoft Office – Word – PowerPoint experience

 

Main responsibilities will include:

 

·         Ensuring daily report are sent within agreed SLA timelines

·         Investigate queries on reports and find resolutions

·         Provide analysis of claims – identifying specific Platforms and category codes, which may reduce liability

·         Ensuring timely production of Daily reports which meet the agreed SLA’s

·         Establish and maintain good customer relationships, acting as the key customer contact for requests and processing deliveries

·         Investigate customer queries in relation to orders, deliveries or collections undertaking appropriate root cause analysis and a problem-solving approach

·         Comprehensive system in place for filing / archiving

·         Ensuring Internal Reports are issued within the agreed Timeframe

·         Undertake all other reasonable tasks and duties such as the Contract Manager or company deem necessary from time to time

·         Escalating potential contentious or disputed issues to the Line Manager /stakeholder at the earliest opportunity

Job Type: Temporary – on-going to cover maternity leave, could go permanent but not guaranteed at this time
