Hourly Rate: £10.00 - £11.50 per hour

Our client is a successful and growing logistics company, to that end we are seeking a temporary customer service administrator to join their team who is “ready for anything”.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy is very important as you will be entering and moving data in / around MS Excel Spreadsheets. You will be creating reports for customer. Some of the work will be repetitive.
Competency in / use of MS Excel is certainly a requirement – If you are used to using spreadsheets daily or feel confident using them then this would be sufficient.
Aside from this you would be given administration / customer service-related tasks so answering calls, dealing with emails.
Training will be provided where needed but strong telephone, email and data entry skills are essential.

Hourly Rate: £10.00 - £11.50 per hour
Hours of Work: 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday
Job Type: Temporary – minimum of two months
