Salary: up to £35,000 DOE
Our client is looking for an experienced, self-motivated and enthusiastic marketing manager to join their marketing team covering maternity leave for 15 months.
You should have a passion for marketing and a willingness to ‘roll your sleeves up’.
No two days will be the same and you will be expected to manage all aspects of the marketing mix – variety is the spice of life!
Our client is looking for someone who understands digital and traditional marketing and can work on a variety of projects and campaigns. Tasks include creating content for the company website, social media and collateral as well as event management and input into advertising campaigns.
Knowledge, skills and experience:
· Have excellent communication skills in order to build effective relationships both internally and externally
· Demonstrate excellent digital marketing skills around website CMS and SEO, online advertising and social media
· Have strong attention to detail with strong writing, editing, proof-reading and verbal communications skills
· Be a self-motivated problem-solver, able to build trust and collaborative partnerships both
· internally and externally, using their own initiative and responding to the requests of others
· Be able to readily translate and simplify technical terms and quickly grasp the value of new technologies, products and services
· Have extensive experience in a dynamic technology B2B marketing environment, preferably in the health and social care sectors
· Be able to prioritise own and, at times, other team members’ workload to meet tight, often fixed deadlines under pressure
· Be knowledgeable about the effective use of CRM systems
Responsibilities:
· To create marketing collateral for use across websites, presentations, literature, case studies and social media
· To manage marketing campaigns within budgetary constraints
· To manage the production of external and internal events
· To manage creation of case study videos
· To analyse and make use of social media and website statistics to gain maximum impact
· To have an excellent level of understanding of all products and their purpose/value in the market (and their position against rivals’ offerings)
· To liaise with 3rd party suppliers, internal and external customers and partner organisations
· To make use of and regularly update the Customer Relationship Management system
· To liaise with other teams across the business including sales and product
