Our client requires assistance with booking and the coordination of the delivery of appliances.
Key tasks and responsibilities
· Working with Sales Force lightening system to enter customers data to process home delivery of appliances with a premium level of customer service
· Working with JDE for process returns
· Making and receiving calls to customers to confirm their booking date and details
· Liaison with internal teams and 3rd party logistics and technicians
Skills
· Accuracy of data input
· Positive and enthusiastic approach with 1-2-1 and telephone manor
· Ability to work at a fast pace and enjoy a busy environment
· Good organisation skills and ability to priorities
· Dealing with pressure and challenges
Essential
· System experience with JDE or similar system
· Computer literate
· Enthusiasm and good with customers
· Telephone liaison skills
· Positive with figures
Job Title: Home Delivery Coordinator
Location: Northampton, Northamptonshire
Hourly Rate: £11.50 per hour + Holiday Pay
Hours of Work – Option One: Part Time – Full Days on Saturday and Sunday 7.5 hours a day between 9.00am and 9.00pm so could be 9.00am to 5.30pm (1 hour lunch) OR 12.30pm to 9.00pm (1 hour lunch)
Hours or Work – Option Two: Part Time - Monday to Friday Evenings, 5pm to 9pm
Job Type: Temporary for at least 4 months, potential for permanent although not guaranteed at this time
