Salary: £12.31 per hour (equivalent of £24,000, based on a 37.5-hour week), overtime may be likely too for which you will be paid
If you have worked for a small organisation and have a can-do attitude to find a way to solve issues by himself. Previous experience as a HR Assistant would be desired so that you could transition into this role, with training.
You will act as the first point of contact for (circa 26) internal staff as well as potential candidates, while working closely with the MD, Finance/Operations and Internal Systems Managers to ensure the optimal efficiency and productivity of the office. You will join an international environment with over 1000 staff members across the globe.
Qualifications:
· 1+ year working experience in a similar role
· Self-motivated and result-driven
· Communications skills
· Working experience in international cooperation is desired
· Clean UK driving license
Duties include:
· HR attendance audit and payroll data collation
· Hiring process, interview arrangement, and taking interview notes
· Onboarding and termination of employment contract procedures
· Performance appraisal, disciplinary process and other HR general duties
· Running company benefit programs including and not limited to C2W and PMI
· Health and Safety and Data Protection compliance
· Office maintenance and supplies, such as replenishing coffee machines, descaling the kettle, and liaison with external vendors for these purposes
· Assisting other departments in preparing for events or business trips
· Other duties as required and requested
Job Title: HR Assistant
Location: Milton Keynes – there will be the very occasional requirement to travel, over-night stay(s) for which expenses will be paid
Salary: £12.31 per hour (equivalent of £24,000, based on a 37.5-hour week), overtime may be likely too for which you will be paid
Hours of Work: 9.00am to 5.30pm, Monday to Thursday and 9.00am to 5.00pm on Fridays
