Our client is a successful and growing logistics company, to that end we are seeking a temporary administrator to join their team who is “ready for anything”.

 

Strong attention to detail and accuracy is very important as you will be entering and moving data in / around MS Excel Spreadsheets. You will be creating reports for customer. Some of the work will be repetitive.

 

Competency in / use of MS Excel is certainly a requirement – If you are used to using spreadsheets daily or feel confident using them then this would be sufficient.

 

You will be given administration / customer service-related tasks so answering calls, dealing with emails, arranging deliveries. In addition, you will do some warehouse return stock work too.

 

Training will be provided where needed but some warehouse and / or logistics experience is required along with strong telephone, email and data entry skills.

 

You will become the main point of contact for the customer so someone who likes responsibility or who has had plenty of customer contact would be ideal.

 

Job Title: Warehouse / Logistics Administrator

Location: Northampton

Hourly Rate: £9.77 per hour + holiday pay

Hours of Work: 8.00 to 16:00 AND 9.00 to 17:00 on a rota basis - Monday to Friday

Job Type: Temporary – 6 months initially
