Salary: £25,000 to £30,000 per annum
We are extremely busy hence have an immediate opportunity available for an experienced Recruitment Resourcer to come and join us - would certainly suit an ex-recruiter who was looking to step away from sales
We're a casually dressed & easy-going small team based in offices in Newport Pagnell
We work hard, we work together, we have a laugh, and we hang out socially - when we can
The Person:
- You'll need to have recruitment experience within an agency environment as either a Recruitment Consultant, Delivery Recruitment Consultant or Recruitment Resourcer. We're open to considering candidates from any area of professional recruitment
- Positive individual who makes an effort to build lasting relationships with colleagues
- Passionate about delivering a high-quality service to clients and candidates
- Excellent communicator over the phone, face to face and via video
- Accustomed to searching job boards; creating Boolean searches to identify suitable candidates
- Confident around new systems and technologies - you'll need to be a quick learner
