Salary: £23,000 rising to £25k [year 2]
This position is primarily home based with an occasional need to travel to the Milton Keynes office. There will also be an occasional requirement to travel to events (UK only).

Skills required
• Marketing degree with digital marketing modules or digital marketing post graduate qualification
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
• Ability to work alone or as part of a team
• Self-starter with great determination and motivation to succeed
• Good time management and organisational skills
• Excellent MS Office skills
• Experience of Microsoft Dynamics and Sprout Social a significant advantage.
We are looking for an enthusiastic marketing graduate to join our busy team. You should have a passion for digital marketing and a willingness to ‘roll your sleeves up’.
We need someone who understands digital and can work on a variety of projects and campaigns. Tasks include creating and scheduling content for social media channels, website analytics and some SEO. In addition to this, the successful candidate will support the team with events, advertising campaigns and video creation.
You will need to be a ‘Jack of all trades’ to make an impact in our busy team. We are looking for someone who won’t shy away from mucking in – specifically, experienced in:
Digital marketing and social media
Analytics for social media and websites
Any experience in Sprout Social or Hootsuite would be a bonus
Any experience in search engine optimisation would be a bonus
Looking for a recent marketing or business graduate but ultimately looking for the right person/fit i.e., Someone willing to learn who understands social media
It would be an all round role, doing a mix of events/advertising, support event admin, delegate lists etc – good opportunity to gain exposure to a range of areas and not be pigeonholed.
Key Responsibilities:
•Create and schedule social media content across 5 platforms using Sprout Social
• Analyse social media effectiveness
• Upload content to website
• Provide analytics for website
• Continuously monitor website for Search Engine Optimisation and make changes where necessary
• Assist with the planning and execution of external events
• Use and regularly update Customer Relationship Management system
• Support the sales team as required
