Salary: £20,475.00 pro rata (equivalent to £10.50 per hour for a 37.5 hour week) – initial one-month fixed term contract with potential to extend



Our client, a provider of software solutions to the IT Healthcare market is looking for 2 candidates to assist with some IT Service Desk Administration.

 

Any experience within IT would be beneficial. However, full training will be provided prior, with step-by-step process instructions.

 

Your role will be focused on processing CSV files through a data validator (for context, the client receive CSV files with patient data, the file will need to be dropped into a validator and then it will indicate any errors within the file).

 

·         Compiling the errors from the validator and emailing to customers

·         Dashboard creation requests, adding users to certain dashboards

·         Managing inboxes and fielding queries
