Salary: up to £33,500 + discretionary company bonus (up to £5,500) + discretionary KPI bonus (up to £1,200) PLUS more including Pension, BUPA, 28 days’ leave PLUS bank holidays
This role sits within the MSC Administration department of this established and successful organisation and will be responsible for ensuring all MSC's invoicing processes, both sales and purchase, follows best practice.
The MSC Administration department plays a key part in ensuring the effective delivery of company and third-party products to its customers. Therefore, being able to partner both internal and external stakeholders to ensure that all customer orders and expectations are fulfilled and to react promptly to challenges is a requirement for this position.
Reporting to the Finance Analyst, this individual will support with month end duties such as revenue and cost recognition, as well as providing the required commentary for month end closure. There will also be opportunities to support in continuous process improvement projects.

Essential Requirements
· SAP experience, particularly with the SD module and raising purchase orders
· Ability to work fluently with all basic Microsoft office products
· Report writing, good level of written English

The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, a ‘can do’ attitude and a desire to consistently build on past successes to achieve results.
Experience of working in an autonomous role would be desirable, showing that they can work independently with a logical and structured approach that can be followed by others. Maintaining and enhancing the quality of data, both within and outside of SAP, is of upmost importance in this role. Previous experience of successfully executing this would be advantageous.
Communication, professionalism and passion will also be key ingredients to be successful in this role as this will enable the successful candidate to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to maximise customer service delivery.
The ideal candidate will have had solid experience of working with SAP and in particular the SD module, showing a thorough understanding of contract setup and maintenance processes. Experience of raising and maintaining supplier purchase orders within SAP is also highly desired.
An appreciation of the accruals and matching accounting concepts will also be desirable to provide sufficient support with month-end procedures.
