Salary: £27,000 to £33,000 + 10% Commission with NO Threshold

The mobile games Industry, including NFT and blockchain, is exploding right now and due to a growing client base, my client are looking for an experienced Recruitment Account Manager to manage a hot desk with existing clients and vacancies. We partner with a range of gaming studios, from start-ups looking to establish core teams, to those in rapid growth due to investment as well as established publishers based both within in UK and globally.
Ideally, my client are looking for:
· 2+ years as an established recruitment account manager or consultant wanting to work on a hot desk in a non-360 role
· Experience placing perm candidates niche market
· Confident in using LinkedIn, job boards and CRM systems to headhunt candidates as well as advertising roles on job boards
· Experience of using social media to grow the business would be advantageous but not essential
My client are a small but mighty team that is looking to expand over the next 6-12 months so they are keen to find like-minded people who:
· Are hungry to succeed, and want to gain experience within an exciting market and have real autonomy within the company
· Can help train and mentor junior staff to gain recruitment skills and experience
· Can bring new ideas to the table
· An interest in/knowledge of mobile games/NFT/blockchain would be beneficial, but not essential
As an established Recruitment Account Manager, Recruiter or Recruitment Consultant not wanting the 360 pressures, you will be able to hit the ground running and pick up roles from existing clients, as well as developing new business from prospective clients. This is a great opportunity to build a desk within an expanding business and booming industry.
