Hourly rate: £11.03 per hour
Our client provides logistics and warehouse services for their client ensuring safe and timely delivery of goods to their clients customers.
If customer service and administration are your forte and you enjoy problem solving then this could be the role for you. Experience in a role where you have planned and scheduled customer deliveries would stand you in good stead.
Your previous experience:
· Experience of dealing with customer queries and problem solving
· Good written and verbal communication skills
· Strong Microsoft Office skills
· Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.
· Ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization as well as clients
· Previous experience in the logistics background would be a bonus
· Strong organisational skills with a good attention to detail
· Flexible, reliable and conscientious
Duties
Day to day Admin for a busy Contract which includes but not limited to:
· Effectively responding to customers in a timely and professional manner using both email and telephone
· Dealing with customer queries about deliveries and collections
· Ensure that all all-relevant reports are sent on time
· Effectively investigate customer queries in relation to orders, deliveries or collections undertaking appropriate root cause analysis and a problem-solving approach to identify and resolve issues
· Escalating potential contentious or disputed issues to the Line Manager
· Work closely with warehouse and transport teams
· Order Maintenance
