Salary: up to £60,000



Leading the analysis of current patient pathways to capture: functionality requirements; business process flows; data requirements – statutory and product enhancing; configuration required to support localised operational variances or service integration needs. You will work as part of a team attached to a customer site, with support from customers and internal teams, to understand and determine the scope and requirements for the clinical transformation programme.

·         Excellent communication skills, with the ability to talk and present to a range of audiences, sometimes acting as a translator between parties

·         Capacity to motivate others and lead change

·         Ability to work under pressure on multiple projects within your project timeframes

·         Passionate about creating solutions with a positive attitude to change

·         Excellent analytical, written skills and presentation skills based on an informed, evidence-based approach

·         Strong interest and working experience within the Healthcare industry

·         Good understanding of information technology

·         Ability to communicate complex and technical details both written and verbally

·         Self-motivated with good organisational, time management and planning skills

·         Persuasive and credible in a customer liaison context

·         Worked as a ‘T’ shaped team member for the overall benefit of the business

·         Willingness to travel to either a company office or customer site

 

Accountabilities:

 

·         Document and define the current state patient pathways; pain points; and opportunities for improvement, including paper processes that need consuming in a digitized process, using engaged, persona techniques (i.e., paper picnic, surveys, 1:1 interviews, workshops)

·         Support the tailoring of the “Gold Build” blueprint configuration and clinical content with the customer to address the local need, by running a series of workshops (remote or face-to-face as agreed with the customer)

·         Produce the annotated future state processes by developing detailed process maps (Visio), wireframe forms; and detailed requirements specifications for the Content Factory to create new clinical content or deviations from the “Gold Build”

·         Consider opportunities and potential risks attached to deviations from the “Gold Build” Blueprint, work with the Content Factory/Solutions Assurance teams as appropriate

·         Ensure that new or deviated processes supporting your recommendations have been validated internally

·         Produce high quality written documentation to support your work, e.g., accurate and timely report submissions; and contributions to project/programme reports as necessary

·         Work with the Solution Factory to facilitate the translation of the requirements specification as required

·         Ensure that the content of the Business Analyst Toolkit is continually reviewed and updated as the work with customers matures across the wider programme

·         Collaborate with other Business Analysts to learn lessons and share knowledge
