Salary: £18,525 + salary increments after 1 year, 18 months and 2 years (to £23,000)
The Trainee Support Analyst will work alongside the Internal Systems Team and will be trained in all aspects of the team’s work. The suitable candidate will be provided with on-the-job training for supporting Windows 10 operating systems, Mobile phones, VPN and various other IT Systems.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The Trainee Support Analyst will be required to work in a busy support desk supporting internal staff with IT issues, as the position is a trainee role suitable training will be given. This will largely be hands on training with the potential for external classroom or virtual based training later on to achieve industry standard certifications. The role will also entail building and supporting hardware for new starters within the business.
Skills and Experience:
· A background and interest in computing is essential along with good communication skills. Ideally the candidate will have had some experience or exposure to Microsoft operating systems
· Experience of any of the following:
o Windows 10 Operating Systems
o Active Directory
o Azure
o Mobile device technologies
o VPN technologies
o Basic networking knowledge
