Salary: £18,000 to £22,000
An interesting and exciting opportunity to join a Healthcare Informatics software house.
Key Competencies
Should hold a valid UK driving licence.
Good IT skills including:
General use of Windows based PCs, Internet; email & the use of Microsoft Office
Good organisational skills.
Good verbal and written communications skills.
Well organised and presentable to customers.
Able to talk with customers on the phone and face-to-face.
Able to work with minimal supervision.
Working knowledge of company’s Quality Procedures and Policies.
Responsibilities
Setting up new equipment for deployment.
Accurate recording of equipment information and movement tracking.
Servicing returned equipment.
Initial point of reception for incoming calls on the company’s general business line.
Handling of incoming surface mail.
General administration.
Maintaining the security, integrity and confidentiality of data and information to which they are provided access during the course of their work.
Supporting staff with administration tasks.
General office duties as directed by senior staff.
Maintain an awareness and actively comply with the current Information Governance (IG) and Information Security (IS) standards and policies within the business.
Achieve the required standard when examined, following mandatory in house or role specific online training.
