Salary: £18,000 - £22,000
An interesting and exciting opportunity to join a Healthcare Informatics software house.
Key Competencies
· Good IT skills including:
o general use of Windows based PCs, the Internet and email
o the use of Microsoft Office products, especially Excel
o use of ‘Unleashed’ stock management system
· Good organisational skills
· Good verbal and written communications skills
· Working knowledge of company’s Quality Procedures and Policies
· Well organised and presentable to customers
· Able to talk with customers on the phone and face-to-face
· Able to work with minimal supervision
· Should hold a valid UK driving licence
· Working knowledge of company’s Quality Procedures and Policies
Responsibilities
· Clean, service and generally maintain rental equipment stock to include:
o Device software updates
o Battery changes
o SIM changes
o PAT testing
o Peripheral validation
· Stock control
· General administration
· Supporting field technicians in their daily role of installation and removal of equipment
· Occasional holiday cover for technicians – visiting patient homes in order to:
o setup equipment
o solve customer specific problems
o collect equipment
· General office duties as directed by senior staff
· Maintaining the security, integrity and confidentiality of data and information to which they are provided access during the course of their work
