Salary: £30,000
The key purpose of this role is to capitalise on client growth opportunities to drive additional revenue into the business via the acquisition of new business from existing clients or our user community by ensuring that the current client base receives exemplary service levels.
Personal Profile
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the successful candidate will be an experienced business builder, with a proven track record of acquiring contacts and developing relationships that lead to commercial revenue streams.
Key Attributes
· Excellent presentational skills, both verbally and written.
· Likeable and engaging, with a track record of developing good professional relationships.
· Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
· Experience with using a CRM solution, ideally HubSpot.
· Comfortable and competent with IT systems and data reporting tools, which have been used effectively and regularly in previous roles.
· Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to drive positive outcomes.
· Comfortable taking ownership for personal actions and decisions.
· High level of personal drive.
· High level of literacy and numeracy.
· Supervisory experience with the ability to motivate and engage team members to achieve collective goals and targets.
Key Accountabilities
Working closely with clients to implement the SmartView platform successfully with the user-base, the post-holder will:
· Develop excellent working relationships with clients and platform users based on being pro-active and reactive to their needs.
· Building and maintaining a strong professional relationship with key stakeholders client side to support effective contract renewals by ensuring commercial and service KPIs are met.
· Supervising the Client Services team to ensure supplier enquiries are dealt with in a timely and professional fashion.
· Create and deliver Excel based reporting to platform users on an ad hoc or regular basis.
· Create and monitor site user stats and implement strategies to build engagement.
· Use HubSpot as the backbone of all client and user communication and create reports to identify upsell opportunities.
· Manage team workflows to support the provision of training to new users so that they are competent and confident SmartView users and system advocates either via face to face sessions or dissemination of the training videos and user-guides with follow-up contact.
· Upsell data packages to users who require ad hoc reporting, taking a commercial view of where it is appropriate to deliver pro bono reports and when it is legitimate to upsell custom reporting.
· Attend client events and conferences as required.
