Salary: £75,000 to £90,000 depending on experience
This role is ideal for an experienced project manager who is looking to be part of a small consultancy, where they can influence the growth and future direction. We will only consider candidates of the highest quality, who are able to demonstrate exceptional client relationships and project management capability.
Candidates who have led transformation projects (HR or Finance Software) from project design through to full implementation, handling the change process, are preferred
Essential Requirements
· A 2:1 or above from a globally recognised University or Business School
· Experience of deploying enterprise solutions – HR OR Finance Systems background essential (Workday, Oracle, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, Ceridian et al)
· Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
· Proactive
· independent and self-starter
· Able to travel in the UK and Europe (European travel is less frequent)
Description
As a Project Director, you will be responsible for the day-to-day project management of projects related to the delivery of our client’s services. You will need previous experience of leading and delivering an HR and/or Finance Transformation programme, that focused on:
· The discovery of current state functional and technology landscape, RFP and implementation of new technology.
· Design of operating models, roles and responsibilities and processes.
· Strong stakeholder engagement.
Description of role:
· Working on client projects, managing the project plan, critical path, risks and issues.
· Managing a team to ensure accurate reporting of status against plan and resolution of any risks / issues identified.
· Ensuring workstream leads are collaborating effectively and inter-workstream dependencies are reviewed on a regular basis.
· Ensuring that there is a 'business activity plan' provided to the client team each week and that the business has visibility of progress against their deliverables.
· Providing programme management and senior stakeholders with a weekly status update of activities against the plan.
· Supporting the programme management team with managing project financials and commercial relationships.
· Working with technical teams to ensure the technical solution is built as per design and meets the requirements of the business.

Location: This is a Hybrid role, mainly homebased with occasional requirement to travel to the office (10 min walk from London Bridge, SE1), and visits to client sites within the UK and occasionally in Europe.
