Salary: £22,000 (OTE £35,000 to £45,000) – Annual company staff day out, 2 x Christmas Parties, Smart / Casual Dress Code
Our client has been “Making Energy Simple” for over 20 years and they are currently seeking a Telesales / Business Generation Executive to join the team.
They are looking for motivated individuals to join their experienced team of sales professionals within a growing sector of the industry. They offer a generous basic salary and an excellent uncapped commission structure within a fun environment where their people can learn, develop and express themselves.
Your working day:
· Qualify prospects by establishing energy spend levels and decision-makers
· To arrange initial and subsequent meetings for the sales team, promoting the company and their product offering
· Identify customer needs and recognize opportunities to upsell/cross-sell and promote additional products
· To ensure appointments are made of high quality and meet the standard required
· Capture and record information of prospects using websites, cold calling and any other appropriate methods
What the role requires:
· Appointment setting experience
· Excellent written verbal and communication skills
· Have a positive and tenacious attitude
· Be able to actively listen
· Proactive and self-motivated
· Good IT Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
· First-rate interpersonal skills
