Salary: £26,000 to £30,000 + commission (uncapped OTE £45,000, 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays, pension, early finishes, holidays abroad, cycle to work scheme and a great working environment, incentives, cash prizes AND career development plans



Our client has been trading for over 20 years in Telecommunications, and are focused on building and maintaining strong relationships with their customers and suppliers. They have a service before sales focus and each member of the team is skilled, understanding and friendly. This is a brand-new role due to expansion and you will be leading a team of 14 telesales agency to generate B2B leads.

 

What the client has said:

 

You’ll coach, support & lead a team of outbound telesales agents in conjunction with the Sales Manager whilst delivering your own appointment target.

 

Working closely with our Senior Sales, you’ll be a great team; setting appointments, closing deals, and earning great commission.

 

We’ve got your back in this and we’ll support both you and your team’s development all the way, from initial training to regular coaching and mentoring – what makes you successful makes us stronger. This is a key position in our growth plan, yours is a crucial role in our business as we have rapid growth plans, and we are poised to grow at an incredible rate.

 

Relevant Experience:

 

·         Good Customer service, telephone, and written skills

·         Being proactive, motivational, and able to deliver results in a pressurised

·         environment

·         Good planning and organisational skills

·         Adaptability/to be flexible to changing business demands

·         Positive and Professional approach to work

·         Be able to create process and manage the delivery of the solution

·         Knowledge of Quality Standards relevant to the industry

Job Title: Telesales Team Leader B2B

Location: Crewe, Cheshire

Hours of Work: 9.00am to 5.15pm, Monday to Friday
