Salary: £25,000 to £30,000 depending on experience – work/life balance, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, career development et al

Qualifications and skills: 

 

·         Experience of working in a professional services or finance environment

·         Advanced Microsoft Office skills e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc

 

Desirable skills:

 

·         Experience of working with a ‘time & fees’ system.

·         Experience of working with Wolters Kluwer’s CCH Central Suite

·         Accurate, precise, logical thought process, challenge seeker.

·         Knowledge of working with SQL - scripts, back-ups

 

Interpersonal skills:

 

·         Good communicator; via telephone, face to face and in written communications

·         Customer & business focused

·         Able to liaise with users, asking appropriate questions to understand the nature of the problem and provide appropriate solutions

·         Good team member

·         Problem solver

·         Pro-active

 

Your responsibilities:

 

·         Working with time and billing systems

·         Running reports

·         Data analysis

·         CCH system experience preferred but training is available

 

Job Title: Support Analyst Financial Systems

Location: Milton Keynes – Hybrid – 3 days in the office, 2 days from home on a rota basis

Salary: £25,000 to £30,000 depending on experience – work/life balance, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, career development et al
