What skills* are we looking for?
· You’ll have 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role
· Knowledge of the NHS desired, but not essential
· Great copywriting skills
· Great punctuation, grammar and proofreading skills
· Working knowledge of email platforms like Mailchimp
· Working knowledge of survey platforms like survey monkey
· Working knowledge of design packages like InDesign, Photoshop, and Canva (training can be provided)
· Attitudinal and behavioural: positive and proactive approach to tasks and challenges, taking accountability and pride for work delivered
· Planning and organisation: managing tasks simultaneously, accurately, and according to priority

About the role
The Marketing Executive is a key member of the Client Communication and Marketing team, working closely with the copywriter to develop high-quality, engaging content suited to the target audience (GPs, Practice Managers, Secondary Care teams etc.), delivering key messages effectively in innovative and memorable ways for both acquisition and retention communications.
Reporting into the Marketing and Communication Lead, you’ll work with the Marketing and Communication Lead, Marketing Manager, Copywriter and Account Management teams to move the audience through the adoption funnel for each healthcare area, ensuring content has a consistent visual identity, helping the audience to distinguish between content type (launch comms, service notifications, ‘How To’ etc.).
Your understanding of the world of marketing is essential, together with your passion for creativity, accuracy, and client engagement. Enthusiasm for collaboration and knowledge sharing is also key.
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Retention Marketing and Communication:
· Creation of onboarding and ongoing engagement communications (written and design), including but not limited to the below, in association with the Client Communication and Marketing Team, Account Managers and other client-facing colleagues:
o Emails
o Social media content
o User guides
o Videos
o Surveys
o Blogs
o Case studies
· Effective collaborative working with Client Communication and Marketing Team and Account Managers to plan campaigns effectivity and to share best practice
Acquisition Marketing and Communication:
· Supports the Marketing and Communication Lead and Marketing Manager with the delivery of webinars and other acquisition campaigns
· Supports designated Account Management colleague with the upkeep of prospect and client data, ensuring our communications are reaching our target audience
· Photo & video library management
· Working on the company’s website and SEO strategy alongside the Copywriter
· Works alongside to Marketing Manager to track key acquisition activity (via open rates, click-through rates, Google Analytics and social media), sharing key insights and learnings with the wider team

Location: Hybrid role – Office is in central Oxford – once a week in the office as a minimum

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday – 9.00am to 5.30pm
