Description

You will be responsible for the selection and implementation of a new global HR System. A review of HR systems landscape identified a cloud-based solution with a minimal number of ad-hoc changes as the right approach for their client, in alignment with their Cloud First strategy. This new system, to be selected in 2023 and implemented in 2024-2025, will replace their current on-prem implementation of PeopleSoft and most of their current ecosystem of “best-of-breed” solutions.

This is a key position within their HRIS and wider HR Operations teams and your focus will be to:

·         Implement the People Strategy through the delivery a wide-ranging change program to create efficiencies of scale, alignment, and optimise the strategic HR service delivery model

·         Project manage the implementation of a new HR system in line with Future of HR objectives

·         Put the end-user at the centre of the People systems design, finding the right balance between the needs of the various stakeholders

You will be the lynchpin of the Transformation program, ensuring the smooth integration of the internal project team (based in London, with the participation of team members in New York, Tampa, and Manila), the Technology team, the wider HR Operations team (including HR Operations Delivery shared services), the HR CoEs and the wider People community. You will be co-managing the program in partnership with the System Integrator

You will also play a key role in the definition and rollout of the new and evolving HR system infrastructure. This will entail helping define which systems to maintain or sunset, how to integrate the new HR system with collaborative tools such as MS Teams and their implementation of ServiceNow HR, and the best approach to engaging their employees, lawyers and Partners through a combination of self-service and high-touch services.

This role combines your program management excellence, business acumen, HRIS system and stakeholder management skills to ensure delivery of an exceptional end-user experience in support of the business objectives.
