Our client is a financial service provider (insurance) and are rapidly growing.

Must Haves
· Demonstrate proven experience of business partnering- consulting and leading on data & analytics initiatives
· Love working in a fast paced and constantly evolving organisation
· Enjoy taking ownership and being accountable for delivery
· Have a passion for delivering valuable business outcomes to your business stakeholders. Experience of analytics platforms such as Power BI / Tableau / Qlik Sense etc
· Experience of collaboration and agile software management tools such as Confluence/ Azure DevOps/ Jira
· Ideally previous experience in working in a consultancy or data product delivery environment
Description
We’re looking for a Technical Product Owner, who’ll be accountable for driving the success of your product, focusing on maximising the ROI that your product delivers and maintaining a compliant ‘healthy’ product. You’ll play a key part in developing and owning the product vision and roadmap ensuring alignment to the Pillar vision, wider business vision and objectives. This is a highly collaborative role, collaborating closely with the Heads of Portfolio and wider business stakeholders & SMEs to define and prioritise product requirements to build your product backlog. As a Technical Product owner, you’ll draw on your knowledge of the product and your wider SME expertise to identify the needs of your product, understand the business value and work across the business pillars to maximise delivery of outcomes. A key responsibility of this role is working with your cross functional delivery team driving ownership and empowerment to deliver a high quality and performing product.
You’ll be the perfect person for the role if:
· You’re an experienced Product Owner, who’s managed a technical product or product set within a financial services organisation.
· You have a significant focus on product health and product return on investment.
You have considerable experience in software delivery in a product aligned model.

Location: Hybrid – Office once a week (Manchester) but you can be in the office more often if you prefer
