Our client is growing in the logistics and supply chain industry and are seeking a Compliance and Quality Advisor to work in their Healthcare Compliance Department.
The position holder will be responsible for the management of daily activities within the Healthcare Compliance Department, ensuring all reported customer related incidents are effectively investigated and reported. The Customer (Quality) Advisor will be primarily responsible for ensuring the client provides an efficient and effective service to its customers.
Skills and Experience
· Experience of working in Logistics sector would be an advantage
· Experience in a Compliance and Quality related role
· Attention to detail and accuracy
· Track record of managing/delivering multiple activities concurrently
· Complaints management experience
· Entrepreneurial mind-set and ‘can do’ attitude
· Report writing and strong communication skills
· Analytical skills including Root Cause Analysis methodology and CAPA management
· Experience in these areas are a distinct advantage : customer service, managing accounts and problem solving
Key Responsibilities
· GDP Compliance – ensuring the organisation is fully compliant with all international standards and regulatory requirements for the storage and transportation of healthcare/pharmaceutical products
· Complaints Management – taking ownership of complaints by carrying out in-depth investigations, using root cause analysis tools and CAPA management techniques
· KPIs – accountable for internal and external KPIs and presentations relating to incident management, using data analysis skills to identify and report performance trends
· Reports – responsible for providing effective feedback on the company’s performance against agreed KPIs and SLAs at customer review meetings
· Quality Compliance - ensuring that all approved hauliers comply with requirements of the agreed Quality Technical Agreements and Approved Haulier Work Instructions
· Responding to ad-hoc and routine regulatory queries
