Salary: up to £22,000 DOE



Our client is a supplier of software systems to the public sector and they are expanding their current team.

 

You will be responsible for supporting the company software products (you will receive all the training required to understand the systems).

 

You will be first point of contact for end users seeking technical support via email or phone, be responsible for the administration of customer returns and occasionally assist with equipment set-up, packing and shipping depending on need. A hands-on and “roll your sleeves up” attitude will set you in good stead.

 

Key competencies

 

·         Good IT skills including:

o   General use of Windows based PCs, the internet and email

o   The use of Microsoft Office products, especially Excel

o   Familiar with use of Android based smart devices

·         Working knowledge of in-house systems (training provided)

·         Good organisational skills

·         Tidy worker

·         Excellent verbal and written English

·         Well organised and presentable

·         Confident to talk with customers and often elderly patients on the phone

·         Able to work with minimal supervision

·         Working knowledge of company’s Quality Procedures and Policies
