Our client is a supplier of software systems to the Healthcare industry.

 

An exciting time to join the company as a Customer Support Assistant where you will be first point of contact for end uses seeking technical support via email or phone.

 

Strong customer service and clear communication skills are required for this telephone and email based customer support role.

 

Key Competencies

 

·         Good IT skills including:

o   General use of Window’s based PCs, the internet and email

o   The use of Microsoft Office products, especially Excel

o   Familiar with the use of Android-based smart devices

·         Working knowledge of in-house systems (training given)

·         Good organisational skills

·         Tidy worker

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·         Well organised and presentable

·         Confident to talk with customer and often elderly patients on the phone

·         Able to work with minimal supervision

·         Working knowledge of company’s quality procedures and policies

 

Responsibilities

 

·         General office administration

·         First point of contact for end users seeking technical support via email or phone

·         Administration of customer returns

·         Occasional assistance with equipment set-up, packing and shipping
