Salary: up to £32,000 depending on experience + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and well-being.
Great opportunity to join our clients training team as Training Coordinator.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating internal and external training programs for the company’s employees, ensuring that all accreditations are up to date for the business and that they are compliant with the requirements of the HEA and LANTRA.
Requirements
· Proven experience as a Training Administrator or in a similar role.
· Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Familiarity with online learning platforms and tools.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
If you have an understanding of HERS (Highways Electrical Registration Scheme) this would be advantageous
What you will be doing
· Coordinate and schedule training courses for new hires and existing employees.
· Assist with the maintenance of training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online modules.
· Maintain accurate records of training activities, including attendance, completion, and evaluation.
· Ensure compliance with all applicable training standards and regulations.
· Provide administrative support for all training-related activities, including tracking expenses and budgeting.
