Salary: £12.00 per hour
Our logistics client require an effective and efficient administration service to their contract.
Your duties will include the following:
· Managing customer enquiries by telephone and email
· Collating, checking and processing part collection information
· Liaising with transport and planning hubs to ensure requirements are met
To be successful in the role you will have the following experience:
· Strong customer service and communication skills (both verbal and written)
· Competence with MS Office (Word and Excel), Outlook and Teams
· Resolved customer enquiries to satisfaction
· Experience in the logistics or automotive industries would be of great interest, though not essential
