You will be a driven individual, who is passionate about administration organisation, product, procurement and supplier relationships. The Role
You will be responsible for working with the Buyer to ensure stock is delivered and live on site in line with the critical path. You will be accountable for the upkeep and improvement of department administration processes. You will work with the Buyer to monitor SLAs and work to maintain and develop lasting relationships with suppliers.
Experience
· 2 years plus experience working in a similar administration role
· Shopify or similar ecommerce experience preferred
· Understanding of the B2C market preferred
· Previous experience working with suppliers
· Understanding of jewellery manufacturing methods or a background within fashion or jewellery an advantage
· Experience with generating reports

· Excellent numerical, analytical and communication
· Excellent computer skills, including MS Office and particularly analytical on Excel (knows
· VLOOKUP’s and Pivot tables)

Key Responsibilities
· Provide support to the buyer in all areas of the buying department
· Work with Buyer to coordinate product production schedules in line with critical path
· Raise purchase orders and place orders with suppliers
· Chase and track suppliers through to delivery
· Highlight to the Buyer any risks of not meeting confirmed dates
· Administration of order management including setting up new lines with ASNs and barcodes
· Check the accuracy and detail of product descriptions online
· Management of department systems
· Manage in bound deliveries
· Communicate with fulfilment, quality control and suppliers to relate and gather information and to resolve issues.
· Keep file of all approved forecasts and orders
· Assist with the creation and population of new collection ‘product cascades’ ensuring accurate product specifications for Marketing team
· Work with Buyer to track supplier performance against SLAs, ensuring delivery dates, quality, quantities and product specifications are adhered to
· Generate monthly stock reports for inventory levels
· Generate reports on product rate of sales, depletion date, stock out periods, merchandising tiering accuracy and collection/product performance
· Report on slow sellers for end of lining and price reduction sales events
· Generate spreadsheets using Excel and internal stock reporting apps
· Communicate with In-house assembly team on stock levels
· Assist in other departments of the company as necessary
