This particular role will deal with the set-up of the internal training team offering certification programs in ITIL, MS Office and Prince 2 – and will offer individuals the opportunity to gain these qualifications internally. ·         A genuine interest in technology and business qualifications;

·         Ability to create meaningful reports for management and HR as required.

·         Management and administration

·         Build strong client relationships within the firm to market the COE and acquire key information for inclusion within the various curriculums;

·         Commercially and strategically aware, the successful candidate will have a real flair for marketing and selling a professional service;

·         Attention to detail is essential

·         Strong analytical, facilitation and process mapping skills

·         Work with the Quality Assurance and Instructional Design Specialist to develop material which is on-brand, tracked for revisions and changes, maintained on our portal as well as supporting blended learning approaches and engaging training methodologies for delivery;

·         Build strong working relationships across the Training and Knowledge team and within the whole of the company;

·         Knowledge of the Data Protection Act and associated responsibilities;

·         Ability to effectively communicate key process and technical aspects of role, and impact of wider function at all levels (Assistants, Senior Assistants, Managers, Senior Managers, Directors, Partners);

·         Ability to create informative reports and present the findings at management level;

·         Flexible in approach and delivery, with ability to translate business requirements through to successful implementation with demonstrable, measurable results;
