£21,500 + £600 flexible benefits (PRO RATA) and MANY other benefits (including generous holiday, Pension Plan, Life Assurance, Discounted Mobile phones et al)
Hours of Work:The team operate from 8am to 6pm – Permanent Full Time staff members work 7.5 hours per day PLUS 1 hour lunch. The client is being flexible around someone who could work between 20 and 25 hours per week – You could work 4 or 5 hours per day OR you could work 3 full days for example. What are we looking for?
· HR Administrative experience OR a Degree, CIPD Studier OR equivalent
· Human Resources (HR) administrative background particularly around sickness and benefits etc.
· Have a courteous manner and communicate professionally at all times
· Wanting to work in a corporate environment in a team environment
· Used to working to KPI’s / SLA’s
· Excellent MS Office skills are essential – if you have used SAP Systems before then this would be extremely beneficial though not essential
HR Senior Assistant will have responsibility for:
· Personal ownership of all case management including: Jury services. SAP administration. Maternity/paternity/adoption. Career break. Flexible working. Sickness. Leavers
· Ensuring all SAP related actions or updates are completed accurately in time for payroll deadlines and in line with procedural guidelines
· Provide high quality advice and guidance on a wide range of Lifecycle Services queries covering the whole range of Lifecycle Services provided to employees and partners including clarification of Lifecycle Services policy and procedures
· Record and maintain accurate activity information tracking through to timely closure
