Salary: £14,000 – based on 25 hours per week – can be flexible on hours between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday
I am looking for a part time senior administrator that will provide all round administration support to the branch transactional administrationteam andassist with the smooth and efficient dayto day running of the branch.
Principle Accountabilities/Tasks
Ensuring branch compliance in:
· Staff time & attendance reporting
· Holidays planning and sickness processes
· Ensure H&S updates are circulated to all branch staff and yousupport the site H&S briefings
Ensure that
· Stationery supplies are at the correct level
· The management of Manuel PO process for the branch/s
· Contractor engaged deliver value for money and their costestimates have been authorised
· That any branch contractor is managed in line with the company policies
· Notice boards and other info areas are up to-date and tidy
· Branch registers are updated and submitted on time
Provide
· Support to the Customs Manager in administrational duties
· Update and escalations to the Customs Manager for anycompliance issues
· Focus as the site environmental champion
Support
· New starter inductions, ensuring briefing on H&S matters, familiarisation of the local amenities and introductions to staff
Knowledge, Qualifications, Skills & Experience– including technical competencies
· Good level of education
· Numerate
· Excel and Word to intermediate level
· Excellent communication skills
· Team player with theability to motivate colleagues
· Ability to negotiate with branch contractors
· Ability to prioritise workload
· Ensure discretion when dealing with confidential information
