- Rate: £8.67-10.31ph + overtime@ 1.5
Main objective:
To ensure that the finished manufactured products meet quality and specification requirements by in and end process inspection and continuous management of quality standards. To ensure processes meet with Quality Management System procedures and client expectations and company accreditations are maintained.
Responsibilities:
Inspection and quality assurance of manufactured products.
Ensure that all products meet stringent quality standards.
Collaborate with other departments to continually improve processes.
Ensure adherence to the Quality Management Process.
Assertively challenge poor practices and drive improvement.
Detect non-conformance and investigate root causes.
Promote high standards of quality throughout the factory.
Provide advice and guidance to colleagues where necessary.
Proactively deal with difficulties and follow through to a successful outcome.
Complete necessary paperwork for traceability and auditing.
Keep good records and ensure good housekeeping in the department.
Take part in staff meetings and report to management on WIP
