An exciting opportunity to join this top company in Central Milton Keynes (a short walk from the train station) for an innovative Content Developer who can bring something different to the Training and Knowledge team and not just follow templates.

 

Innovative in your approach and content development skills our client is looking for someone who is always looking for the next new thing to ensure that your work has the “WOW” factor.

 

This role will need the following skills/qualifications:

 

·         GCSE or equivalent in English/Maths - essential

·         Experience of the core Microsoft Office packages - essential

·         Experience within a training or technical environment role - essential

·         Experience of creating learning content - essential

·         Windows 8.1/10 and Office 2013/2016 experience - essential

·         Advanced PowerPoint skills - essential

·         Advanced Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After effects, InDesign, Premiere Pro) - essential

·         Advanced Articulate 360/Storyline 2 - highly desirable - unless you are an expert user of Creative Cloud and looking to transition in to Content Design / Development

·         Advanced Adobe Captivate - highly desirable

 

This role will include the following activities:

 

•    Project management of multiple learnings elements for a number of internal projects

•    Liaise with stakeholders from across the organisation to ascertain requirements and drive the project through to completion

•    Provide creative and innovative ideas to ensure all learning developed is highly engaging, effective and appropriate to the audience

•    Develop learning content for both online and classroom delivery channels following the development process and using the most appropriate tools

•    Produce marketing material for the Training & Knowledge team

•    Create and maintain a sustainable and effective online presence across all available platforms

•    Perform administrative tasks as and when required

 

This role will have responsibility for:

 

•    Managing the learning deliverables for a number of internal projects to ensure they are delivered on time, to scope and within Brand

•    Reporting progress and flag any potential risks/issues to the team leader

•    Developing innovative and engaging learning content using a number of different tools

•    Developing effective marketing material for the team

•    Working collaboratively with all members of the Training & Knowledge team

•    Managing the online presence of the Training & Knowledge team

Location: Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire with regular travel to London offices
