Salary: To £25,000 doe
Experience:
1 year in a similar role
Excellent knowledge of sales and purchase ledgers, journals and fixed assets
Experience of working within a busy corporate environment
Experience of working as part of a small team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, especially Microsoft Excel
Ability to operate with the upmost discretion
Excellent organisational skills and methodical approach
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Processing employee expenses
· Maintaining the purchase ledger
· Vetting client licensing reports
· Producing sales invoices and sending on a monthly basis
· Chasing outstanding debts on a monthly basis
· Daily bank reconciliations
· Maintain the fixed asset register
· Upload EC sales list on a monthly basis
· Preparing weekly cashflow statements
· Preparing direct debit collection spreadsheets
· Assisting with Audit preparation
· Processing payroll
· Statistical analysis
· Cost analysis v budget
