Salary:£40,000 to £50,000 + Benefits
You will be part of this small HR team and will focus on promoting employees. You will be responsible for designing, developing and continuously improving the reward programmes and activity, working with HR Business Partners.
Job Purpose
· To play a central role in running and implementing the enterprise-wide, annual Reward Review Cycle designing, developing and continuously improving enterprise-wide Reward related programmes and activity
· Maximise opportunities to improve efficiency, quality and value of key Reward processes
· To provide ongoing specialist reward support to the Centre Functions through partnering with the Strategic HR Business Partners
Accountabilities and Activities
Annual Reward Review
· Responsible for providing strong programme management for the execution of activities across the annual cycle
· To provide comprehensive support to all members of the team in the execution of the annual reward review, Long Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) and bonus administration, ensuring on time (and well governed) delivery of all critical milestones and activity
· Manage the data requirements for gathering key inputs required to execute the annual reward review, including Management Bonus Scheme and LTIP
· Work closely with Global Mobility in ensuring delivery of the reward review for international assignees compliant within the guidelines
· Provide support and guidance to Market Unit reward teams in delivering the review for designated individuals and control functions in compliance with current regulations
· Responsible for data collation, insights and analytics
Annual Reporting and Accounts
· Provide support in the delivery of the Directors Remuneration Report and the production of annual Director Emolument Disclosures
Gender Pay Gap Reporting
· Responsible for managing the collection of data and calculating the Gender Pay Gap figures relating to reporting entities per Government regulations
· Provide insights on the results based on knowledge of data
· Gather external trends and comparator information on Gender Pay Gap to help shape the organisations position
Centre Functions Reward Support
· Support the provision of specialist reward services to the Centre Functions team
· Work closely with the UK Reward team on benchmarking and job evaluations for the Centre Functions
Projects & Continuous Improvement
· To support the design and implementation of key reward projects, processes and activity for the globally governed processes and projects
· Ensure a continuous improvement mindset is adopted, maximising the operational effectiveness of routine and cyclical activities
Other
· Management of the shared Centre Reward mailbox
Qualifications, Training and Experience
· Degree level or equivalent education, 5 + years’ experience in Reward related discipline
· Strong Reward technical skills with a proven track record of delivery, preferably across a global environment
· Experience of working within a listed company or an organisation governed by external regulation
· Exceptional interpersonal, communication, stakeholder management and business partnering skills. Able to engage at multiple levels in the organisation
· Strong ability to grasp abstract concepts and detailed processes quickly
· Strong analytical ability and comfort in dealing with multiple, complex data sources
· Excellent ability to present data clearly and concisely with great attention to detail, accuracy and a ‘business leader’ lens
· Intermediate or advanced Microsoft Office suite skills, in particular advanced understanding of Excel (including graphs, charts, pivot tables etc)
· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in written communications, in particular an ability to translate technical concepts into clear, easily understood communications
· Strong planning and change orientation, able to clearly translate technical capabilities into action as well as an ability to easily adapt and respond to change and ambiguity
· Experience of HR Information Systems, in particular knowledge of Workday would be beneficial
