Salary: IRO £20,000 doe
Purpose of Job
The purpose of the Data Cleanser & Complaint Handler is to cleanse, manage and develop the data across all platforms to drive efficiencies within the business and to effectively manage any complaints received to ensure client satisfaction and engagement.
Data Cleansing
Collation and review of all client and prospect data held b
Consolidation of data into a single spreadsheet removing duplications and identifying omissions
Ensuring all data in SAP is correct to support current and future campaigns
Gathering data by a variety of means including website searches/telephone calls
Complaint Handling
Acknowledging all complainants
Reporting on all complaints received
Managing complaints all the way through to reach a satisfactory conclusion
Adhoc
Assist Head of Client Support with the management of Institute of Customer Service and ensure the necessary changes required to achieve ServiceCheck accreditation are implemented
Attend training to develop relevant knowledge and skillset
Assisting and covering for Sales Support
Essential
Office procedures including electronic filing systems and sales administration
Use of Computer and enterprise wide database applications etc.
Microsoft Office
Ability to process technical documents
Numeracy and computer literacy with an aptitude for spreadsheets and database management
SAP experience including report generation
Good Microsoft Excel skills
Ability to efficiently find relevant information from search engines and social media data bases (e.g. LinkedIn)
Excellent telephone skills
Well-developed interpersonal skills in order to effectively communicate at all levels, internally and externally
Accurate, attention to detail and proactive with a can do attitude
Flexible approach and willing to undertake a variety of duties to enhance the services provided by the department
Ability to prioritise work in a changing environment
Active listening and verbal communication skills
Ideally, knowledge of the construction industry
