Salary: £9.61 per hour PLUS holiday pay (£1.16 per hour)
Excellent Part Time opportunity in a newly refurbished office environment for someone with a strong administrative background.
Hours of work: 5 hours per day, 5 days per week - 8.30am to 1.30pm preferred - there may be some flexibility here so apply to find out more
My client is seeking an organised and switched-on individual that can use their initiative in this bust open office environment on a Part-Time, 25 hours per week, basis.
If you have a strong administrative background, confident with MS Office and have experience producing purchase orders / invoicing then that would be of great interest to us.
Duties will include but not be limited to the following:
Stationery supplies are at the correct level
MS Excel required - v-lookups, formulas
Staff Time and Attendance updated
The management of Manual Purchase Order process for the branch/s
That any branch contractor is managed in line with the company policies
Notice boards and other info areas are up to-date and tidy
Branch registers are updated and submitted on time
Looking for someone to start as soon as possible and preference will be given to those that are immediately available (and meet the role requirements).
