Salary: £27,500 to £35,000 DOE
You will be joining an established small development team who produce web-based data driven software solutions. These are aimed to drive efficiencies within a healthcare environment, whilst at the same time simplifying the process for patients. The development team works closely with the customer facing teams and jointly develop new systems. Our web solutions are designed to be attractive to use by the customers and accessible by patients.
Responsibilities for the role:
• Working with fellow developers and customer account manager to solve business problems
• Ability to discuss potential solutions with customers
• Updating and modifying the existing codebase including redesign of web based systems offering visually attractive interfaces
• Producing new software solutions
• Producing release documentation
• Building test scenarios
• Supporting the installed systems
Essential knowledge and skills:
Graduate level education in a technical subject, you need to be able to understand complex information systems and design and develop extensions to those system as well as building new products.
· Proficient in C# or similar language
· LINQ experience
· ASP.Net
· MVC
· jQuery
· Strong GUI design skills
· Style sheet driven web pages
· Basic knowledge of SQL Server
· Construction of multi-table queries
· Construction of ASP.Net web forms
· Good analytical and problem-solving skills
· Good interpersonal and customer care skills
· Good accurate record keeping
