Salary: £18,000 to £21,000 + excellent benefits including 25 days’ holiday PLUS 8 bank holiday days + more

The skills you will need are:
· Confidence around IT particularly MS Word, MS Excel (including reporting) and MS PowerPoint
· A good administrative background dealing with anything that is given to you
· Able to work in a pressured environment
· Ability to manage a very busy mail / inbox
Your role:
· Ad hoc administration required by the Head of the team
· Day to day responsibility for the Mailbox and e.g. replying to generic queries, forwarding matters, redirecting as appropriate
· To assist in the practicalities of data maintenance and reporting
· To be involved with verifying SAP information
· To assist with vendor records and invoice management, liaising with the Finance team member
· To support the Advisors with correspondence and activities throughout the assignment life cycle
· To assist in the preparation of those assignment agreements/extensions and other documentation on behalf of the firm for those not undertaken within the Shared Services Centre
· Build relationships with the client service team initiating the assignment, the sponsoring partner and other professionals within other member firms
· Support the advisors with the preparation and follow up for face to face briefings with assignees both pre assignment and on repatriation, per policy type

Hours of work: 9.00am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday – Agile working is on offer, part time hours are NOT considered but flexibility between 8.00am and 6.00pm is encouraged – potential to work from home one day a week
