Salary: £18,000 to £19,000 + excellent benefits including 25 days’ holiday PLUS 8 bank holiday days + more
This is an initial 9 month fixed term contract, but please do not let this put you off applying – No permanent position is guaranteed at this time but that is subject to change

The skills you will need are:
· Confidence in a customer service role (telephone based)
· Able to deal with enquiries and problem solve
· Excellent IT skills, inputting information accurately
· Handle a busy email inbox and be able to respond in a timely manner
· Good admin skills
If you have worked in a team that looks after credit card users (at Santander, Barclaycard, TSYS for example) then this would be of distinct advantage BUT NOT ESSENTIAL if you posses the above bullet pointed skills.
Credit Control or Debt Collection experience would be of advantage too but by no means essential is you posses the above bullet pointed skills.
