Description


Salary: £25000 - £35000 + excellent benefits



Assisting the Client Managers with the smooth running of accounts, for example: Client liaising and organisation; drafting of work orders; client communication, including contact reports, performance reporting, and commercial updates; listening to, and advocating client needs within the business.

 

Business development support- Helping with the identification and development of growth opportunities within existing client accounts, which adds value to their business and grows their account.

Maintaining standards- Ensuring that clients receive an excellent experience in all their interactions with Our client. You’ll work with internal teams to maintain consistently high standards.

Project support- Working with the Client Managers to help improve their project performance through assisting with platform usage, researching and identifying trends, suggesting improvements, and by researching third party added-value solutions.

Third party management - Liaising with third party suppliers and partners who provide support to our clients.

Other duties- Other duties, as required by the needs of the business.

 

About you

Numerically Astute- Good with numbers and able to manage complex spreadsheets

 

Essential Requirements

 

·         Previous experience of working in a web or technology agency environment, in a client-facing role

·         A good understanding of office software (word, Excel need to understand complex spreadsheets)

·         A thorough understanding of digital technologies; exposure to SEO, social media and analytics an advantage

·         Previous experience of working in a web or technology agency environment, in a client-facing role

·         A good understanding of common office software (Word, Excel and its main functionalities)

·         A degree, or equivalent, in a business related subject would be an advantage.
